Order Processing
All of our products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters production before it is shipped.
- Processing time: 2–10 business days
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Europe
- Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days

- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

- Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the products ordered.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and your order has not yet entered production, contact us immediately.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
While we work with trusted shipping partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and production location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
